"Highlights included the treatments and the amazing food. I returned from the holiday feeling calm and rejuvenated." Gina F., naturopath
"Very relaxing location, great people and polarity treatment. I also loved the swings hidden in the forest, secret picnic tables, etc. I came back feeling like a new person! Be ready to get away from it all, and embrace the treatments, yoga, food and beautiful landscape." Rachel S.
"I enjoyed my holiday very much. The highlights were definitely learning so much about ayurvedic cooking, the massage which was superb and the Polarity treatment, which made me feel straightened out!! ... Once again thank you for your help – I felt much better after the break." Vivienne O.
"I had a fabulous holiday...such a lovely retreat, absolutely what I needed. Highly recommend for anyone in need of a bit of a re-balance. Lovely to have time to rest, and the food was fabulous, as were the treatments. Horse riding with Olive was lovely – that day was sunny and crisp so great to be out on a fluffy Welsh pony! I will return. Thanks again" Suzanne W, IT consultant
"A brilliant five nights, massages lovely, food lovely. A feel good holiday. Relaxing walks, the polarity therapy was amazing, the yoga brill also. The warm welcome from all. [I am] reenergised and feeling good about myself. Take wellies. Go for as long as you can." Susan Bates, nurse
"Lovely surroundings, comfortable room, unpressurised atmosphere, excellent food, good weather, perfect hosts, great treatments, lots of deep sleep!! I had a great time [and came back feeling] relaxed and happy. The holiday is excellent and will suit anyone interested in experiencing Ayurveda and Yoga and other 'alternative' therapies. The hosts were knowledgable and enthusiastic for their subject." Andrew C.
"This was an amazing experience. The surroundings are stunning, the weather was calm and [the hosts] were full of wonderful energy which made me feel welcome, relaxed and comfortable. I was amazed at the effect of the polarity treatment and the food was exceptional. [I feel] revitalised, in and out... There is a word in sanskrit 'gunam' which means inner beauty which I think sums up my week perfectly. Come with an open mind, have no expectations, expect to fully relax and ENJOY! Thank you - this place is not a normal retreat, it really allows for a very holistic process to take place and this is something that is very rare." NP.
"The meals were delicious. The treatments were both amazing and the polarity session was very profound. An amazing release of tension followed. Kundalini yoga was a new type of practice for me and I found it a great method of centering and releasing tension. I came back rejuvenated, relaxed and invigorated. I just wish I could have stayed longer. The sacred forest which forms part of the land is a very spiritual place and you really must take time to walk and sit in the forest while there, there are also some amazing beaches for walking. ... It is rare to find such openness in knowledge sharing and a genuine desire to help you achieve the best mental and physical health you can." Carole R, business owner
"It was all very good... The [kundalini] yoga was exactly the style I was looking for and the polarity therapy bodywork has definitely made a difference. The food was very good too. Special mention for the infra-red sauna - perfect for those like me who don't normally get on with saunas. I feel a lot better - especially flexibility wise and 7 days was enough to install the yoga habit... Go with complete retreat in mind. Don't try to keep up with the outside world. Immerse yourself completely and unquestioningly in all elements to get the most from it. Do as many days as you can - the longer you go the more benefit you get. It was nice to have a car - as there are some lovely coastal walks to do in the afternoon. With all that you get, it is exceptionally good value for money." A.W., finance director
"A beautiful location...wonderful hosts." M.M., engineer
"They are incredible at what they do - ayurveda and polarity therapies... I felt a great sense of calm, healthy and inspired. [They] helped me realise...to look within and cherish your body (the physical) and mind - feeding them both with the right energies. Get out and exercise - run, walk, dance - use the forest, the fields, take advantage of the beach (and the walk there). Thank you." Diana A
"A hidden gem – a retreat that encompassed everything – the physical, the emotional, the spiritual. I feel transformed, whole, peaceful. Perfect retreat and thoroughly recommended." H.B.
"I feel renewed after my retreat. ...a personal programme of treatments and yoga, professionally delivered in a wonderfully relaxed and nurturing environment." J.N.
"The treatments and yoga sessions were fantastic and I would highly recommend it. The food was great. I did think the accommodation could have been better bearing in mind the cost of the retreat." Guest
