The Yoga Root and The Joanne Sumner Studio offer this joyful retreat on the yoga of happiness in the beautiful Seven Sisters Country Park. Renew your spirit with daily yoga and meditation practice, coaching and playful creative sessions, walking, rest, optional holistic treatments, and a celebratory New Year's eve. – Book early for this popular retreat.


At beautiful Florence House in the Seven Sisters Country Park, the South Downs by the sea. Nearest station is Seaford, East Sussex.

Activities and Prices

Take time out to enjoy the beauty of this timeless landscape and explore the cliffs and the Seaford beach front. They provide a full but spacious programme of yoga, meditation, relaxation, workshops, sound bath, new year celebration in the yurt followed by bonfire and rest time to help you leave 2017 feeling joyful and ready for a new year.
