Yoga with Emma (Spencer-Goodier) is offering delightful rural yoga retreats at this stunning island farm: oak panelled halls, log fires, shepherds huts, four-poster beds, and local food. Alpacas, llamas and other rare breeds graze in the fields as you relax and are inspired, strengthened and revitalized on your mat.

The Isle of Wight offers a rural seaside haven just 60 miles from London. Stunning walks, rides and beaches on the doorstep. Ferries are straightforward with good travel links.
The yoga with Emma will be a flowing intuitive practice of breath and body work. This moves students deeper, as the practice and the setting inspire an inner unfolding. Emma specializes in the subtle yet important balance of offering an intense, challenging and delightful yoga experience within a relaxing holiday environment.

Godshill Park Farm offers four-star accommodation. Most rooms have en-suite facilities and some even four-poster beds. Local food, and vegetarian menus are available, if meat is served, it is directly from the farm’s herds. There’s brunch and dinner, with one night off in the village or self-catered.
The farm offers a wide variety of accommodation allowing families to participate without impacting on the yoga experience of others.
Babysitting can be available – pre-booking is essential. (Please note: responsibility lies with the parent to ensure they are satisfied with the training and experience of the sitter.)
