AdventureYogi create yoga holidays that incorporate action and fun, as well as being relaxing, therapeutic, energising and transformational. They have dedicated yoga teachers offering a range of Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Ashtanga, Sivananda, Yin and other styles. Classes cover pranayama, asanas and meditation to increase oxygen flow, balance and clarity.

Set in a manor house with extended grounds in the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside. The nearest town is Bicester, and the closest train station is Bicester North.

Activities and Prices

Twice daily yoga classes with aspects of Hatha and vinyasa flow sequences, pranayama, partner yoga, yin and soothing yoga Nidra.
Wake up at sunrise for refreshing silent, meditative walks in the countryside.
2-hour morning yoga, meditation and pranayama to energise and awaken.
2-hour evening yoga to unwind and calm with restorative practices, meditation and yoga Nidra.
Optional holistic treatments from in-house therapists are available.

Prices: £427pp sharing twin/double room, or £535pp small single room, or £645pp large single room. The rooms are all beautifully finished to a high standard. Due to the age of the property, there are no en-suite bathrooms.
