La Roane is one hour from Toulouse in Southwest France; 3 miles from the medieval market town of St Antonin. Nearby is the famous Aveyron river and gorge.
An inexpensive taxi service from Toulouse airport is available.
There is normally an outdoor exercise class before breakfast, and two longer sessions during the day, based on yoga or the theme for the week. There are three excursions including a trip to the local market at St Antonin, picnicking, swimming or canoeing in a nearby river.
Sauna, massage, bicycles and table-tennis are available.
Prices: from £630pp for one week sharing a twin (or double) room. Single rooms available for a supplement of £50.
The price includes full board, course fees and excursions. An inexpensive taxi service from Toulouse airport is available.

Guests are housed in three beautiful buildings surrounding the swimming pool. Choice of comfortably furnished single and double rooms and a yurt.
Food: They serve organic and locally sourced food wherever possible. Food is vegetarian and is one of the highlights of La Roane. It is prepared with love, attention and artistry by their award-winning Italian chef, the ever-popular Enzo. He is an artist whose medium is food. Vegan food can be served.
