Rina Golan has been leading yoga and cleansing retreats for 15 years. Join her now at an authentic Ayurvedic centre in South India for a 21-day Panchakarma – a deeply healing detox, clearing the blockages that prevent us from experiencing wellbeing. Stay in eco cottages at this healing village surrounded by green fields, wild life, bird song, mountains, and gorgeous little villages. You can fly direct with BA from London Heathrow to Bangalore. Then an hour connection flight to Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu and you'll be collected from the airport.
Two to three daily consultations with the physicians to ensure the right treatment for you.
Daily Ayurveda treatments include Shirodhara, full body massage, cleansing therapies etc.

The eco cottages are clean, simple and spacious with a bedroom (twin or double), bathroom and a balcony facing the gardens with papaya and neem trees, stunning birds, and sometimes monkeys.
