True Nature’s lakeside wellbeing retreats are for natural peace and tranquillity in the heart of the Exmoor National Park and Dark Sky Reserve. Discover the relaxing benefits of water, rest your senses, enjoy time for reflection at this beautiful lakeside retreat.


In the heart of Exmoor National Park, on the banks of Wimbleball Lake surrounded by unspoilt countryside. Near Dunkery Beacon and only 25 mins from the beautiful coastline.
Nearest airports are Bristol or Exeter. The train station is Taunton, plus 45 to 60 minutes drive by cab.

Activities and Prices

Relaxing yoga, massage, and wellbeing workshops on e.g. earthing, holistic energy care management. Singing bowl bath, learn a Pure Meditation Foundation, free-dance (free-style), guided relaxation and shibashi (Tai Chi / Qigong).

Dates: Weekends of 6-8 March and 31 July - 2 August 2020.
Bespoke retreats for individuals or groups can be arranged for a day or weekend, please enquire as per contact details above.

Prices: 1-night weekends cost £195 (Sat-Sun), or 2-night weekends cost £249 (Fri-Sun), full board, sharing twin room. Single room costs only £10 extra.
One-day retreat costs £59 including lunch (Saturday or Sunday only).
Wellbeing treatments like a deep massage, Thai yoga massage, lymphatic drainage, aromatherapy, Cranio-sacral therapy are available for £60 per hour.

Accommodation and Food

Stay in a friendly and relaxed farmhouse where all the rooms have great views looking over Wimbleball Lake and the
surrounding unspoilt countryside. Some rooms are ensuite, and there is a room for the disabled.

Food: Home cooked delicious vegetarian food. Please inform us of any specific dietary needs, e.g. vegan, gluten-free etc.
