I enjoyed the routine of the day; early morning Yoga class, delicious Keralan breakfast, Ayurvedic treatment and lunch, afternoon to relax, swim in the pool or sightseeing before evening Meditation class. I felt so refreshed after just one week at Amrutham and plan to return next year." - Z. Adamson
