Something about yoga: Pollyanna has been drawn to Indian culture and yoga over the years and offers an opportunity to experience them both on an exciting new retreat in Kashmir. A heritage hunting lodge provides a safe haven for yoga and meditation from the well-respected Satyananda yoga tradition and local trips will inspire.


The Kashmir Valley is spectacular. The venue for the retreat overlooks the serene Dal Lake and is well located for the famous Moghul Gardens and fascinating sights of Srinagar city.
International flight to Delhi. The rest is arranged. Insurance on booking is essential.

Activities and Prices

Early morning yoga sessions to energise, afternoon yoga nidra or evening meditations to rejuvenate and promote peaceful sleep.  A shikara ride on the lake, visit to the gardens and a city heritage walk are included. There's plenty of time to pursue other interests or enjoy just being there.

Price: £1190 per person sharing/twin room; £320 single supplement. Includes seven nights full-board accommodation in Srinagar and two nights bed and breakfast in Delhi; internal flights, transfers and excursions; yoga tuition. Excludes international flights.

Accommodation and Food

Just six rooms for a maximum 12 guests are spacious and comfortable with en-suite bathrooms. Stroll through the orchards or kick back in the garden to consider your next move.
All meals are freshly prepared using seasonal local produce.
